AccountDeck is designed to keep account sessions local on your computer. We do not operate a cloud account-sync service for your Reddit, Instagram, or other third-party account sessions.
1. Information Stored Locally
The AccountDeck desktop app stores settings on your device, such as account labels, selected icons, selected platform, home URLs, browser profile folder names, launch status, and license activation status. Chrome-based browser profiles may store third-party platform cookies, sessions, browsing data, and login state locally on your computer.
2. Third-Party Login Information
AccountDeck does not ask for or send us your Reddit, Instagram, or other third-party account password. Login happens inside the browser window opened for each account. The selected platform and your browser handle that login session according to their own policies.
3. License Activation
When you activate AccountDeck Pro, the app sends your license key and an instance name to Lemon Squeezy's license activation service over HTTPS. Lemon Squeezy returns activation status so the app can unlock Pro features.
4. Purchases
Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy or the checkout provider shown at purchase. They may process your name, email address, payment details, billing country, taxes, receipts, license keys, chargebacks, fraud checks, and refund requests. AccountDeck does not receive or store your full card details.
5. Website Data
When you visit accountdeck.app, our hosting provider may process standard server log data such as IP address, browser information, requested pages, timestamps, and security events. The site may use hosting or security cookies for bot protection, abuse prevention, and basic website operation. AccountDeck does not currently use advertising cookies on the site.
6. Support Emails
If you contact support, we may receive your email address, message, operating system, app version, license key snippet, screenshots, or other details you choose to send. We use that information to answer your request and improve AccountDeck.
7. Third-Party Services
AccountDeck may involve third-party services including supported platforms, your installed browser, Lemon Squeezy, and Simply.com or other hosting providers. Their own privacy notices apply to the information they process.
8. Data Retention
Local app data remains on your computer until you delete it, clear account data inside AccountDeck, remove the related browser profile, or uninstall associated files. Support emails and purchase-related records may be kept as long as reasonably needed for support, accounting, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and dispute handling.
9. Your Choices
- You can clear local browser data for an account inside AccountDeck.
- You can remove account profiles you no longer need.
- You can contact us about privacy questions at support@accountdeck.app.
- For payment, receipt, and license records processed by Lemon Squeezy, use the links provided in your receipt or contact support.
10. Children
AccountDeck is not intended for children under 13 or for anyone below the minimum age required to use the selected third-party platform in their location.
11. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page.
